About Me

After living under a frozen rock in the heart of Siberia for 18 years, I have moved to the Flemish part of Belgium to study philosophy, play capoeira, dance lindy hop, do circus and travel around Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of traveling authentically and learning how locals live their daily lives, while staying at places other than all-inclusive hotels or hectic hostels. In other words, I'm poor :/

Interests

I study philosophy, make puppets, and aspire to become a shoemaker. I like swing dancing and capoeira (even though they don't like me) and dream of creating a circus and performing in it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can explain the Ancient Chinese idea of the Uncut and discuss the differences between traditional and new circus; recite Shakespeare's Twelfth Night by heart, entertain you by scratching my ears with my toes, tell about closed Russian cities with secret underground railway networks, and cook my signature dish - spaghetti in a microwave.
