ABOUT ME

Hello Couchsurfers! My name is Marty and I grew up in Newry, Northern Ireland. I have lived elsewhere in places such as Manchester England and in Belfast. I’d planned to move out to Australia and use it as a base to explore the Far East but instead landed a wicked job teaching English in Seoul South Korea. I’m also excited to be apart of the Global Couchsurfing community.

I’m new to CS but over the years I’ve had many friends stay at mine and now wish to see how this community can help me explore new places and meet new people and give me the opportunity to return the favour to fellow travellers.

I enjoy philosophical discussions, love talking about the universe, ufo’s, the natural world and raising my vibrations in a positive way.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I’ve visited the Pyramid Lake Indian Reservation in Northern Nevada (USA) and listened to stories from Paiute tribe elders about their customs and culture. I count myself fortunate to have had this opportunity. I’ve sailed from Malta to Greece on a Tall Ship, island hopping along the way and this was also an amazing experience particularly seeing wild bottlenose dolphins swimming alongside us.
