Hi! I'm Maitreya, a late 20s rock climber, bicyclist and photographer who has grown up just outside the nation's capital. I'm currently traveling, so I am unfortunately not hosting, but will do so when I return to the city to work.

I travel extensively and had the great fortune to meet so many wonderful people while having done so. I've been lucky enough to stay with these friends and host them when they visit the States. Having friends all over is such a gift, and I've heard Couchsurfing is great way to continue this experience, even as I begin to "settle down" a bit with some professional obligations in Washington DC.
