ABOUT ME

Hmmmm...
I am a woman in her best days yet.
I am filled with joy and love and energy.
I am a writer, a thinker, a feeler and a home lover.
Having said that, I am also a passionate traveller, a humorous lass, a searching soul and very curious chick.

I live with my partner and our two girls less than 1 km from Svendborg City.

PHILOSOPHY

To me the most important thing in life is love - giving, receiving, sharing.
And communication.
Too much is misunderstood because we do not communicate properly - or are afraid to speak up.

Furthermore we need to see our mind and body as a whole. I believe that we get sick every time we are traumatised or have had some kind of chock.
We need to be aware of our inner pains....

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I do what I can to tell people how wonderful our small country is and I'm willing to teach any guest about our culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Six years ago I made my first profile on CS.
I had a beautiful family from the Brighton area, a Family of teachers from The States and a young couple from Grenoble staying on my couch.
It was great fun!

I just love CS!
It's so wonderful that people open their home and partly their lives to total strangers al over the world! There is still love and trust among People.

Together with my girls and my mother I surfed a couch in Hildesheim with Ute who was extremely friendly.

I have moved since them. Therefore I have made a new profile - and I'm looking forward to welcoming new travellers - and surf again :-)

What is an "amazing thing done"?
It differs from person to person...
If I would say "given birth to two children" young people and perhaps some men would think: Why is that so amazing?
If I would say "lived with Maya Indians in the mountains of Guatemala" some would say: yeah yeah, been there-done that!"

But to me a very special thing was to sell my flat a travel for ten month in Oz, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand (before the tsunami)
That is a thing I look back on again and again. And I wish I will be able to give the same amazing experience to my girls.
