ABOUT ME

In my free time, I love to travel. When it comes to leisure I like a good or even wild party as well as a deep philosophical talk. I'm very social and open-minded and I love being around people.

I love seeing new parts of the worlds natural and cultural beauty.

I studied social work and I'd love to work in an international environment. I'm very interested in intercultural exchanges and global learning.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a transfeminine queer-sexual person, which is not in itself a philosophy, but I don't welcome anyone whose philosophy entails any rejection, ridicule or other disrespect towards me or my queer and trans siblings.

In my take on life and the world, I'm mostly influenced by anarchism and queer theory. I draw ideas and reasonings from sources as diverse as secular and rational philosophies to very spiritual and contemplative ways of thinking, meditating or cultivating our sensibility of what is happening in and around ourselves.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

With an open mind and heart, I welcome couch-surfers in Ghent. I'd love to show you the city and other interesting places nearby. I have been off the network while learning more about myself and finding a voice and dream. I'm opening my home up again in what I hope will be an open-minded, respectful safe space for everyone, regardless of gender, sexuality, origin, spirituality, looks or ability, providing you have similar respect and open-mindedness.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch-surfed in Berlin a while ago, ending up at Teepee Land, which was awesome. I also stayed with a friend there which I'd met on a festival just the week before; not strictly couch-surfing but similar.

Intereses

Social sciences, philosophy, arts, cultures,...

I started making more time for writing, but I still have plenty of energy for more adventures!
