ABOUT ME

My name is Linnea, I'm 44, and I'm living with my two daughters Lisa, 8, and Nora, soon 6, and our two cats Molly and Vina in Lidingö (well from July) in Stockholm.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now I'm on CS to show my girls a little of the world. I can't imagine a better way to show them other cultures, than to stay with locals. Mostly though, I think it's a lot of fun. I've traveled some myself, and, before I was a mother, I traveled all by myself. That way I always got to know people wherever I went.

I have only hosted through CS once, but once we've moved to a bigger apartment (in July) and got an extra bed, I'd like to host preferably families. I haven't couchsurfed myself yet, so this summer my plan is to take the girls to France and try it out. I can't wait, and neither can they.

Interests

I love cooking, and so do my daughters. They also love singing, playing, and climbing on everything.
I used to read a lot, but I haven't done much of that lately, so I will start doing that again this summer.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach languages and cook.
I would like to learn to cook better, know more about architecture, be a better gardener, learn more languages and learn the languages I know better and loads of other things

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to share meals. I love cooking, so we'd love to cook something for whoever hosts us. My daughters love to sing, maybe we can teach you some Swedish songs.
