Hi, I am Freddy. I am a software engineering, originally from Canada. My recent move to California made me realized that I have not done enough exploration and I want to change that. From now on, I won't be saying no to getting lost in the city, hiking the scenery, or just having a good time meeting like minded locals/travellers. Here we go!

My upcoming trip: 3.5 weeks in Italy and France.

Things I want to do in the next couple of years:
- watch formula 1 race live
- go to carnival in Brazil
- climb the half dome in Yosemite
- snowboarding in Mont Blanc
- hike Angels Landing and Antelope Canyon

After my roommate came back from his Australian trip in 2014, he introduced me to this site. Together, we started hosting people from around the world in our lovely apartment in Ottawa. I have been hooked since then, meeting people around the world as we exchange our stories. It is always a blast to show travellers things that only locals would see/do/eat, which is always the best way to travel.
