Makena & Krishna

We are a couple visiting the mainland from the magical island of Kaua'i! We are here on a journey of fun & faith to visit & meet friends, family, plants & beautiful lands! We started our trip at Symbiosis Gathering in California, and are traveling north to the Pacific Northwest! We love cooking & making tea, harvesting from the land as we travel, good stories & moving our bodies out in the sunshine.

Makena, 23 ~ I'm originally from Phoenix, Arizona. I'm an artist, yogi, dancer, energy worker & visionary explorer of many kinds. My professional/educational background is in graphic design, wellness & yoga practices. I'm into all things related to the body, mind & Spirit. The last year I have been traveling, working briefly with the people & plants of the Amazon rainforest and living, farming, camping & enjoying the epic flow of life on the north shores and abundant jungles of Kaua'i, Hawai'i. I love art, sunshine, laughs, groovy music & positive people~

Krishna, 27 ~ Aloha Coming in from the luscious land of Kauai . I'm a dedicated participant in land work , planting, making tinctures, design and nourishment for and from this earth . I love personal relations and am stoked on movement of the body , living space design , elixir craft. I enjoy myself in health and grounded adventures . I've been in the fields of nutriton,yoga and natural body care for years. I love good arts ,creative projects ,land work /play and living this life connecting with nature and spirit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Krishna & I are traveling around the mainland, looking for some work trade, a place to stay for a few days & good connection as we explore the Pacific Northwest!
