ABOUT ME

Lately the word that others have been using to describe me is "non-threatening." I think I have come to a humble place in life-- I don't know the answer to any major questions but I am willing to ask them and very interested in people's process around those questions. I often feel overwhelmed with love. I'm open to new stuff. I think I'm an ambivert and 90% of the ENFP description fits me.

I do a lot of reading about madness, the history of psychiatry, alternatives to the medical model, and am active in the consumer/survivor/ex-patient movement. I'm always very interested in talking about these topics and I think I have a good bit of knowledge on the topic.

I speak Swahili and I am interested in keeping up that skill.

Lately I've been learning a lot about food preparation/processing, fermentation, etc.
