About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being happy and enjoy life! :)

ABOUT ME

Hello world!
My name is Malaika, born and breed in Hamburg, but my home is wherever I am. Traveling is my passion, my engine, my everything... I travel with all of my heart and every cell of my body and I feel lost, whenever I have to take my backpack off for a while. but well, at least I know, it's just for a shirt time. :)
I'd describe myself as a very passionate, spontaneous, talkative and open-minded person. I love life and wanna enjoy every second of it and I hope that's what other people feel, when they spend time with me. I love haveing a good chat with friends (or interesting people in general), exchange stories and opinions over a drink or delicious food (love Indian, Mexican and Turkish the most, yummm!). But I have a lot of faces and of course some bad habits as well, just as being chaotic, unorganised, forgetful and clumsy. But hey, nobody's perfect, right? :)
But I guess you have to meet a person face to face to really get to know him/her, so why don't you just gimme a shout if you're in the same area as I am and we meet up for a drink or something? I suck at describing myself, cause you never see yourself clear enough... So if you wanna catch up, just text me, I'm always happy to spend some time with travelers and listen to their experiences and future plans. :)
xoxo

PHILOSOPHY

LAUGH, LOVE, LIVE!

Only when the last tree has died,
the last river been poisoned,
the last fish been caught,
will we realise, we can not eat money.
(Wisdom of the Cree Indians)

If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change.
(Buddha)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love cooking! I'm not a chef, but my food isn't too bad. ;) I am vegan since November 2012 and show other my way of living and that a dish without any meat or dairy can be just as delicious as any other. I don't want to evangelise (I absolutely HATE when people are doing that!), I just wanna share some amazing food with you. So if you wanna meet up for homemade dinner sometime, gimme a text. :)

If you're interested, I can show you the basic tricks with the hoop. I'm still learning as well, but I'm quite mature with the basics. :)

If you like languages, I can try (!) to teach you in German, which is my mother tounge. Furthermore I'm very anxious to be tought in Spanish!

But I'm very open-minded to new, interesting things which you can show and teach me and which I may not know yet. I'm really happy about everything I can learn! :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, United Kingdom
