About Me

my work / portfolio http://posthuman.life/

student at the Dutch Art Institute (DAI): http://dutchartinstitute.eu/page/7311/2015-2017-malcolm-kratz-netherlands

my occupation is unknown. not that it is a secret — it is merely because i don't really know what i am. what i do know is that our society is rigged in the way it's organized now. we're hoping for some techno-fixes for our climate, while what we actually do is look away and carry on with our lives. children are the new seeds of our society that should be supported in their free development of understanding, rationally and emotionally, but also in their movements and ways of thinking. we need to build a platform for cooperation, common the school system and think together with our kids about our future, the future of this planet and a post-growth society!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

first of all, i have been using couch surfing before and hosted many. but a few years of no use and i cannot seem to find my old login.

because i believe in the power of open sharing instead of paying for an apartment via airbnb. since the latter came into being following the precarious times of this failing economic system. people need it for paying rent, not because they particularly like to leave their own apartments.

Teach, Learn, Share

finished my last studies with a research about redesigning elementary school. finding a way to prepare kids for a new economic and political system. after worked with different schools and workshop groups to implement these changes.
from coding to permaculture.

i love to share my tiny house, take people on strolls through the forest here, and travel together. having deep and thoughtful conversations and mindless fun.
