just finished my cross country bike trip... finishing a tour now, then ... rest.

ABOUT ME

Travelling songtress, on my way from Portland, OR to Portland, ME by bicycle. Finished the first leg, from Portland to San Fransisco, and will leave soon (or maybe I already left) for the great crossing of mountains and deserts. I am cynical and spiritual in the same breath, and I love the path I am on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to connect to this community, and to build my cross country network. I travel a lot for my work, not just on my bike. I'm trying to stay safe and warm on my great adventure, and I love getting to know people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have traveled cross country several times, as a touring musician, and spent time at so many different peoples homes. I also used to take travelers in at my old apartment in Brooklyn, NY. I was there for many years and threw music shows in my living room, and gave people a warm place to stay when they wanted. We were in the Slingshot listings, so we got a lot of punks and anarchists passing through.

i worked with homeless youth in portland, oregon for the past year. i have toured with a band and alone. i have been to poland and prague. there are many things, places... i like to tell stories.
