📍I’m Malena, born in Buenos Aires, but raised in different cities in Argentina. I moved back to Buenos Aires in 2016 and fell in love with this city, so if you want to meet someone to show you around, that’s me!

🏡 When I'm in Buenos Aires I'm in couchsurfing because I wanna give back to people all they have gave me during my trips. I find it fascinating when someone gives their time in an uninterested way to another unknown person. This is the true connection with humanity. I wanna help to keep this going.

✈️ When traveling, I think there's no better experience than the one you can share with locals. Meeting people is the most interesting thing of a trip for me.

🎵Music: When it comes to dancing, I prefer latin music specially salsa. I enjoy live performances, musicals, seeing events where I can see typical dancing and music from the place I’m visiting. I basically get really excited about tango in Argentina, mariacchis in México, Kecak dance in Indonesia, vallenato in Colombia, etc.

✈️ While traveling, I’m really interested in understanding other societies and ways of thinking and approaching life. I’m more focused in understanding the present than historical facts. I also have strong preference to get to see the authentic life rather than touristy places.
