I am very clean, organized, non-smoker with respect to someone's property. Will treat your place as if it was my own or even better ;-)
I prefer sleeping on a yoga matt rather than soft spring mattress. My back loves me for that ;-) I love places with character and charm. Sunny and bright would be prefect!!!
