What I Can Share with Hosts

I am moving to a bigger apartment at the moment and I will be ready to start hosting end of February/beginning of March. My place is located in the heart of French Concession - the prettiest part of the city in my opinion, close to two subway stations.
I can share a study/guest room with a folding sofa.
