I am a 19 year old, Swedish girl, that graduated highschool last year. I live for traveling and exploring new places and I love meeting new people. The stories of the people I meet and the places I visit interest me deeply. I enjoy taking photographs and drawing but is not to good at either. Writing and reading is two of my passions and when I'm not out exploring I will most likely be found somewhere peaceful with a book in my hand. I love activities such as running, hiking, yoga and surfing and I wish to get more time for especially surfing, and learning how to better, once I'm finally out in the world. The last year have been designated to working and planning my upcoming trip, so finally being able to get out there is so exciting.

When I get back home my plan is to study at university; either law or psychology. But for now, I just want to see as much as possible of the world.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

In september I'll be going to south east Asia to explore the beauty of the countries and the cultures more in depth than what I have been able to, while traveling with my family in the past. For almost all of the months of travel ahead of me, I will be doing all of my exploring alone. Couchsurfing is a marvelous way to find new friends along the way and an incredible insight of what life in each and every country I visit actually is like. For me, that is the main reasons for being on here, searching for hosts.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

While traveling in the past I've experienced a few things that I'll never be able to forget about. Snorkeling with wale sharks, discovering caves filled with offerings from the Maya indians, diving with sea turtles, walking the jungles of Belize and exploring the tempels of Bagan during the sunrise, to name a few. However, my favorite experience from traveling is from when I visited India a couple of years back. Me and my family met a lovely family and was invited to dinner at their house. All of the families relatives helped with preparing the meal, that was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The generosity of the family and the stories that was told over dinner will always stay with me.
