CURRENT MISSION
To explore and experience as much as possible
ABOUT ME
Propably that I'm a kind, calm and humble human being, who is loyal and reliable in almost evrything I do.
That I'm a very ambitious person who is sometimes too kind and helpfull, taking much responsibility on my shoulders, even though it's not always in my own interrest. And that I'm a good singer!
PHILOSOPHY
"What day is it,?" asked Pooh.
"It's today," squeaked Piglet.
"My favorite day," said Pooh.
I try only to spend time on the future and the past, if I know it will benefit me in the present. It's difficult, but that's my idea of living a joyful life and put yourself in a position where you are able to share and give, without losing any part of yourself in it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For the time being I'm not hosting, because of my busy life on the acting school. But in summertime, when I'm free from school, I would like to host, if I'm not out couchsurfing myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't tried it yet - at least not officially.
But when I interrailed alone in Europe back in the summer of 2010, I randomly met young locals in the different big cities who hosted me for one night or two. Some of them were couchsurfers, some of them were not.
Interests
What I like the most is to observe life in all its complexity, wether it's on a bench in my hometown or in another part of the world. But also observing and understanding life through other people's art, stories and writings.
To mention some more 'down to earth'-interrests I'm quite a sports fan (football/soccer, tennis, cycling, handball and badtminton). Moreover I like singing and playing the piano.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1)In the summer of 2010 I tried interrailing around Europe on my own. I was a bit of a daredevil and sometimes tried to sleep outside in parks or on beaches. One night in Vienna, I slept in a bush in a park, and the next morning my backpack, with all my belongings (camera, passport, clothing, interrail-ticket and visa-card) was gone. Some homeless guy had robbed me in my sleep, without me noticing. I was shocked and very mad at myself, but also relieved that nothing had happened to me. Luckily the thief was not without empathy. He'd thrown my backpack in another bush nearby, and had only taken the most valuable things (camera, mp3-player and clothing), and let my passport and trainticket be.
2)I got awestruck and insanely triumphant, when I opened the letter which informed me about my admission to one of the few national theater schools in Denmark (The Acting School of Aarhus Theater). The friends around me screamed, jumped, danced and cried together with me. A day to remember!
3)I got stunned of admiration when I saw an outdor performance of Shakespeare's Hamlet, in the most historic setting you could imagine for this play: The Castle of Kronborg (which geographicly is the exact location of where the play actually takes place). This was a german version, from Shaubühne, directed by Ostermeier. A highly modern and clever version, where the stage was a big pile of mud and water, which in itself was a big contrast to the old aestetic surrondings of Kronborg. The text had been wonderfully adapted to the german tradtion of "ferfremdung", and somehow became a picture on how Hamlet himself would have staged the whole story for the audience, with the 'To be or not to be'-monologue as reappering event. The german actor, Lars Erdinger, played the role of Hamlet with big authority and the same fascinating nerve, insanity and intelligence we know from the Heath Leadger interpretation of The Joker. Only this was a 3hrs performance without any breaks or cuts. Erdinger jumped, yelled, whispered and tossed with mud for 3hours - an effort of a sportsman!! - without losing the poetry of the text. He was totally alive using whatever coincidences happened on stage or among the spectators. In the fencing scene, Hamlet's sword broke by coincidense, and Erdinger borrowed an umbrella from one of the spectators and continued the fight. In one of his final monolouges he also stepped out of the character telling the audince to be more quiet, explaining that the forthcomming text was essential for them to hear, and then continued, without a scorn, as if nothing had happened. He is not only an actor, but an artist whith great consciousness of what he is doing and telling on a stage.
