Hello everyone visiting my profile! I’m a 24 year old guy from Gothenburg Sweden! I’m mainly a philosophy student, but have dabbled in some other subjects.

I find the greatest joy in life from talking to interesting people, the subject of the conversation dosen’t really matter, just something that sparks my interest! I think that’s why I love traveling so much, you get to meet so many fun people and hear new fascinating perspectives of the world!

I first tried hitchhiking while in Macedonia 5 years ago and ever since I’ve been hooked, I thinks it’s such a fun way to travel that forces you to go of the beaten path. So many of the best experiences in my life has been through hitchhiking, you really get to see the best of humanity. Therefore I try to hitch around as much as possible!

I started my Couchsurfing Journey while I was solo-traveling through Europe and North Africa, I met a lot of wonderful people throughout the two months and released after returning home that the trip hadn’t been possible without the kindness of strangers.

With Couchsurfing you really get a very personal view of the city your visiting and learn all about the day to day life of a local. Everyone I’ve met through this app have been amazing and wish for more great experience such as the ones I’ve had, that’s why I love Couchsurfing.

Musica, film e libri

I’m a big lover of books some of my favorite authors are Albert Camus, Claes Hylinger, Knausgård and Gabriel García Márquez. My all time favorite book is either The Stranger by Albert Camus for making me love philosophy or On The Road by Jack Kerouac for encouraging me to travel the world the bohemian way!

I love watching a good (and even sometimes a bad) movie! Some of the directors I especially like is Stanley Kubrick, Abbas Kiarostrami, Yorgos Lanthimos, Gaspar Noé and Ruben Östlund.

My music taste is all over the place, I never know what songs might hit the spot! But my favorite artist (at least for the moment) is Sufjan Stevens, he always seems to make me happy
