Hi! Me? I'm just your average Latvian girl - playing concert kokle since the age of 6 (I'd like to say I was five, but that's not true), studied design, art, sculpture for four years (I still paint sometimes), then Mechatronics, now Product Design. Sometimes I work as an assistant at a school for very smart children and strongly believe that anything can be fixed with just a little bit of electrical tape.
I can't really host you, but a beer in the old town, some Art Nouveau or someplace you want to see for some reason - that sounds lovely.

Music, Movies, and Books

Mostly electronic instrumentals and classical music (just not Mozart). One of my favourite books would be Another Fine Myth by Robert Asprin (a very funny book about adventures of a lazy wizard)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I carved myself a kokle, an amazing traditional instrument with analogues like kantele, kannele, gusli, kankles, qanun, koto and others. Sounds better than I expected and I play it every day.
(Update: more like once a week now. I have other instruments to annoy my neighbours with. Now restoring a concert kokle.)

I can teach you a bit of kokle playing, how to cook just about anything in a pan and how to make wild flower crowns. And how to work with glass and carbon fiber. And a bit of musical instrument acoustics.
