HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really enjoy helping people and supporting their desire to grow. I can't host at the moment, but I would love to support anyone who is passing through Milan by meeting up and offering helpful tips and tour guides.

Interests

I love artful expressions in photography, words (poems/lyrics), music/song. I love dancing especially latin and ballroom. I enjoy reading and thinking about philosophy. I love to study humans, their relationships, and what makes them come alive.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A classroom full of about 40 Rwandan 3rd graders paying close attention to a math lesson on multiplication using sticks, books and rocks.

Supported a lemur in Madagascar while he jumped from my shoulders/head to a tree!

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach English as a profession, but study as a passion. I love learning about languages, cultures and relationships. I can share some practical skills (like the art of making chocolate chip cookies) and enjoy learning new ones. I would really like to learn more about herbs and nutrition for medicinal uses. I'm fascinated by living holistically but haven't yet discovered all the ways to do that :)
