CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to unpack the boxes from my last move. Then I'm I start working on achieving world peace. I figure I've got quite a few good years left, that ought to be enough time to solve the problem of war, no?

ABOUT ME

My current incarnation is a hard-working mom, trying to conceal my slacker side! I am adventurous and a bit of a wise guy, which I attribute to my NJ upbringing.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm part Epicurian, part stoic:

Have hosted thus far surfers from Germany, Texas, Switzerland, Sweden, France and Italy. Hope to meet more in time!

I read a lot, love history, love walking all over places I've never been. I like to sketch and to experience unconventional art, I LOVE street art and conceptual art, unconventional art I also love music and live music performances .

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Riding in a truck with Sandinista soldiers through the streets of Managua in my youth, running through midtown Times Square and Manhattan on a serious runner's high during a half marathon, and experiencing a trance-induced man in Bali attempt to drive a sword into his own chest !! WHoa!
