COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I certainly hope to get a lot.

I've done a bit of hitching throughout New Zealand, and had some great experiences.

I caught a ride with a two man band, and managed to catch one of their gigs. Needless to say they blew me away with their 'acoustic boogie'. Discussing and listening to jazz in the middle front seat of their van (the back was occupied by a fridge which they scored for a bargain and Beamer's double bass) is a big highlight of my journeys.
