Hi everyone! - 5 facts about me :)

#1 - I've been interested in people's stories since I remember. I believe people have encouraging stories to tell, especially if they've overcome some obstacles and life has taught them to grow and flourish to a beautiful person.

#2 - I love travelling to different places and getting to know people, countries and ways of living. I love learning languages and appreciate the luxury to learn from natives I meet during my travels.

#3 - I spent 6 months of my studies in Sweden to explore country, nature and people there. Since then I've been traveling to Austria, Czech Republic, Finnland, the US, Italy recently, Poland, GB and a couple of other places. My next goals are the Emirates, Indonesia, Nepal and whatever beautiful destinations life has prepared for me.

#4 - I feel very grateful with all the possibilities my life has held ready for me so far. I appreciate the time we live in with all the possibilities we have. I love living the moment and sharing my thoughts. I am open minded, a generous host and a humble guest to others.

#5 - I love the beach and everything around it :)

* Live your life(!)...for the moment, don't make big plans, cause life has it's own plan!
* If you don't like something, change it.
* You can't change the past, but the future!
* Traveling sets you free.
* Be the change you want to see in the world! (I always liked this one but only nowadays I start grasping what it really really means!!)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first CS experience started just very nice in April 2012 when I went with a friend of mine to Cannigone, Sardinia and met a wonderful host (thanks Kai Eleonora Ortolani) there. Since then I love the CS idea and the chance it offers to getting to know a country from the people living there. It is the most personal way of traveling!

A bit later I became a host too and experienced the beautiful side of offering a place to someone and sharing experiences this way. I believe sharing (giving and taking) what we have to offer will contribute to a better, more sustainable world. So why not sharing places and experiences? :)

My last and at the same time first all-by-myself-couchsurfing experince was not less amazing! It was huge, since it was in the States ;): I had just started travelling and had an amazing time standup paddeling, yoga at the beach, kayaking and just chilling at the beach a couple of times! I met another solo girl traveling and life just worked out without me having a big plan in my pocket.

It was wonderful and so nice! And all this just was possible because of the people I met there through couchsurfing or by chance and they made me a wonderful stay which I could never have experienced in a hotel or hostel.

So let's all give and take and share our wonderful countries, cities, thoughts and experiences! It's so enriching!

Interests

My interests are people and people's stories and minds. Therefore I am always excited to getting to know people from all over the world or just across the street, since I guess everyone has an interesting story to tell.

However, I am more a listener than a teller ;) I like easy hanging-out moments with friends, as well as taking a walk somewhere outside... I love nature and air and the feeling of life!

Despite, I have a lot of fun going to the beach, playing volleyball, dancing through the night and enjoying events that bring people together.

Next to my work I spend a lot of time in voluntary or community projects to experience myself and the opportunities the world offers to me, at the moment it's a FirstGeneration-Students-Initiative, love to tell you more personally.. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

#1 - Traveling alone.

#2 - Moving to Florida, starting a blog and moving back to Berlin within a few months! Discovering that life has it's own plan so you better don't start thinking to much about it ;).

#3 - Meeting wonderful people with an inspiring mindset.

Teach, Learn, Share

Right now I am trying to learn a new language or refresh my old ones... I am still indecisive. :)

I can teach and share German language knowledge and I am always open to share my experience.

As a former career coach I am happy to share all the lessons I've learned on my own path.
Helping you to find back to your inner confidence and finding your spot in the world is one of the biggest gifts I can give I think. I believe that everyone has their spot and purpose in the world. I feel precious when I can help you finding this purpose and spot.

I believe that once we know who we are we know what to do with it and how to be happy :D!

But we can also just have a relaxing day at the beach together or in Berlin where I currently live - without much thinking and coaching :D!
