About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To save planet Earth.

ABOUT ME

I just recently graduated from my pharmacy program and am taking the time to see the world and experience new cultures before I have to start adulting hard. I've my comfortable couch in America before to teach abroad in Korea and do some traveling. I'm easy going, love food, dancing, and enjoy the simplicities of daily life. Meeting new people is the best part of traveling and I hope to continue to do that wherever I go.

Philosophy: Do what you love and love what you do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was hesitant about joining CS at first but after joining a co-worker on a couch surfing visit to China, I realized how awesome of an experience it was to have met locals and gain a better insight into culture. The idea of meeting people with a commonality of universal respect, open-mindedness, and love for culture is beyond sweet! I hope to continue to share in this experience and make the most of my time abroad!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed with a CS-er in China and had an incredible experience getting to know her as well as everyday life in her country. It was just amazing to get rich history behind every monument I visited. Great company, great hospitality - can't ask for more in a vacation!

Interests

I'm a huge sports fan and enjoy coaching, spectating and participating. I also enjoy seeing foreign films, visiting art/history/science museums, and food!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The beautiful mountains of Korea, so breathtaking! To be able to see the entire city from a vantage point made the trek all worthwhile. Mekong River in Laos - there was so much to take in from one kayak ride down the river; people planting crops, doing laundry, fishing, and bathing in the river.
