ABOUT ME

after almost 30 years trying to define myself i realized that we need no definitions at all.
but i'll start by saying i'm a pisces with sagittarius as a rising sign and, believe me, that says almost it all.

i'm pretty curious, diplomatic, optimisti and mostly good humoured - not in the mornings, though. :P
i like to try new things, discover new places and listen to good stories...
new experiences is what i live for!

i have been hosted by great people but haven't hosted anyone from CS yet.
really looking forward to, though.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i fully experienced couchsurfing during my last trip to the basque country, catalunya, spain and turkey.
it was truly one of the most meaningful trips i've ever taken. through CS i met amazing people and got to know cultural aspects that would be impossible if travelling any other way.

when you send a request, try and write greetings in my native language and say why you chose my couch to surf among so many. that will show you read my whole profile and were interested in a sharing/exchanging experience, rather than just finding a place to crash.

Intereses

Música, películas y libros

music and movies are things i simply can't live without.
i have a taste for independent and foreign films, such as wes anderson, lars von trier, pedro almodóvar, fritz lang, hitchcock and daniel burman's.
at the same time i'm a big fan of austin powers and tv's 'seinfeld', 'the office' and '30 rock', so i guess i can say i got really broad tastes.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

i can teach you some portuguese, english and a bit of spanish so you can get by all around the americas and avoid eating or drinking stuff you normally wouldn't. or tell someone to get lost - or closer - in various levels of (im)politeness.
i really like fixing drinks and cocktails too, showing how to do them and drinking them all next!

i also love showing friends and visitors around, sharing what i've learned about places, their history and all. the same way i find it awesome to hear about other people's experiences and cultures
