ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Manhoi, I was born and grow up in China, but the last 10 years for me, most of the time I was abroad. I lived in Norway for 4 years and got my master of Fine arts, live in Paris for 1 year, and then Berlin one year, Holland one year, so far visit more than 50 countries, I travel a lot!!

About my job, I'm a independent film director, I like to meet different people and listen their stories (that's also why I like CS). I like all the artistic thing: concert, exhibition, gallery, etc. I play jazz drum as a hobby, I like rock climbing, football, hiking and open water diving.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

My first time to stay with a CS host was in France. Before that I heard many times about CS from my friends, and I am always like to talk to the locals and do something non tourist, but for a short time it's difficult too meet someone and have a deep conversation, also a deep understanding about the society, then I said: couch surfing, why not ?! I had a great time with my first host, CS is a way to see the local culture, sometime even not stay in the host's house , also just meet up some one from CS , it's unforgettable, I did that even in Iran and Cuba.
