COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted a few times years ago here in Palawan, surfed when I was in Laos and Malaysia. I live in a studio apartment now so unfortunately I have limited capacity to host.

I love traveling to new places and I wish I could do it as often as I want. I enjoy discussing politics and social issues, but I also enjoy a good laugh. I'm also quite familiar with the sexual culture of the Philippines, so we can talk about that, too.

I've lived in Manila all my life, so if there's anything you'd like to know about the city (i.e., places to go), I'd love to share them with you. I've also been doing a fair amount of NGO work for the past few years, so I'd love to share those experiences with anyone who's interested. :P

I lived in Puerto Princesa for four years and keep going back and forth Manila and Palawan, so I know a lot about the island. I frequent El Nido, too, and I have friends over there who can help you out with finding a place to stay or doing island hopping. I can also recommend some good restaurants.

If you're also looking for charities in the Philippines to support either financially or through volunteering, I can give you some advise on that, too.
