My friends often describe me as one of a kind. They always say they don't know anyone else like me. They would say I am a very chatty person who doesn't stop talking. A very confident and charismatic individual who is always keen to help others.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life by the Sanskrit Saying "Ma Himsyat Sarva Bhutani" which translates to "never commit violence to any soul"

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing. I will hopefully be staying with people whilst I am in India.

I will be happy to host people in the UK upon my return. If I am in the UK I would definitely host anybody who had hosted me during my travels.

I am new to couch surfing. I have just registered. A friend I will be travelling with has told me to set up a profile.

Interests

I love writing my own stories and am in the process of writing my first novel which I hope to complete by June 2012.

I enjoy doing volunteer work to help others. I spend a lot of my free time volunteering with charities and NGOs. It's a great opportunity to not just do some good things for people but also meet amazing people. I enjoy meeting new people and making friends and the people I meet through charity work are some of the most interesting people I meet.

I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter books and movies (more the books).

Books: Hunger Games, A Song of Ice and Fire series, Color Purple, etc.

Movies: Matilda, Kill Bill, Mean Girls, etc.

TV: EastEnders, Lost, Dexter, Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I live tweeted as I ran the entire 26.1 miles (42 km) route of the London Marathon.

I had tickets for the closing ceremony of the London 2012 Paralympic Games the whole atmosphere was amazing, I was also asked by my Local borough in London to welcome the Olympic Torch into the London Borough of Brent. I was excited that I was asked to do something so important during the 2012 games.
