Because I'm broke (kidding). I think the best way to get to know a place is by meeting locals! And I love the concept of opening your home to strangers. I think you can learn a lot form this and it can help you becoming an even more open minded person by getting to know people from all over the world :)

I love all kinds of music, a different tune for a every day and mood. Except for heavy metal i have to admit.. But I'm open to learn to appreciate it! Some of the artists i really love are The Beatles, Kendrick Lamar, 2pac, Bears Den, The Black Keys, Muse, Herbie Hancock, Curtis Mayfield, John Coltrane, ...

I love philosophizing about things with people. Sometime you bump into very interesting things. For example once I had a discussion about why so many people feel unhappy in life. Our conclusion was that comparison plays a big role in this. If we stop comparing ourselves maybe the world and every individual in it would be happier? Anyways I think by discussing thing with people you enrich each other :). (I might also teach you my secret spaghetti sauce ingredient, not to brag but it's really good ;))
