I'm from Germany, living in Italy for 25 years. My son was travelling in South Africa and met a couple of amazing people hosting him there. I like the idea to stay with local people, actually i don't like staying in hotels. I'm very basic and easy going.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I travel a lot myself, recently more in Italy. I like to meet people in their natural habitat. When I was young and travelling around the world, people invited me to stay at their homes because of their kindness. I always felt, I want to give something of these experiences back. Now there's couchsurfing! 🙂
