ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm a youth worker living in Berne - the capitol of Switzerland. At the moment I'm living in a little flat at the riverside. I'm interested in Art, music, film, literature and sports. A also like to travel. Because my apartment is not big I have no coach to offer but I would like to spend some time with you while you are in my hometown.
Switzerland - this tiny country in the middle of Europe has more to offer than its Swiss luxury watches, Swiss chocolate and Swiss banks. Everything in Switzerland is very near. From my hometown your are quickly in the mountains, in an hour in Zurich or in Lausanne where you can enjoy the French part of Switzerland.
If you are interested in Art and history, Berne is a nice place to be. The painter Paul Klee lived in Berne and has now his own museum. Star architect Renzo Piano created this building: http://www.zpk.org.
Albert Einstein was living in Berne as well. It was the time when his theory of relativity turned our perceptions of space and time upside down. As part of the Bernisches Historisches Museum, approximately 1000m² of exhibition space in the Einstein Museum offer an account of the life of the physicist. http://www.bhm.ch/en/exhibitions/einstein-museum/
Berne has also a great cathedral and a nice intact historical part. Beside the old stuff, Berne is also a great music city: Classic, Jazz, Pop and Rock, dialect Hip-Hop.
Berne is nice and cozy and in summertime the Berne's fast-flowing city river Aare invites for a swimming. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-10893835
