When I am travelling I want to connect with people in the countries I visit, share experiences, get to know real places, cook together and learn a few words if the language - and maybe return the favour, when you happen to be in Austria?

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like the idea and the non profit approach of Couchsurfing, this is why I want to give it a try. We travel in a campervan and would not really need accommodation, but we saw that we mainly meet more fellow campers. This seems to be a good way to connect to people actually living in the countries.

We read a lot, and especially like fantasy/fiction like The Cloud Atlas, or thrillers in Stieg Larsson style. We would love to get to know writers of your culture if available in a language we can read.

I love flying gliderplanes. Everywhere I discover a glider club I will try to get some airtime - and I also like horse riding.

As we always travel as a couple, we need a bed big enough for two. We will be easy, Clean and silent guests, and if you are interested cook a typical Austrian dinner for you and teach you how to make delicious Knödel.
