About Me

Hi there! I’m Manu, a 32-year-old Colombian woman traveling the world with my husband, Thomas. Let me tell you a bit about us, 2 Colombians whose lives were changed by the Berlin wall and also, we’re newlyweds who got married at sunrise...yes, you read that right, sunrise! Why? Because we love nature and doing things a little differently.

We really enjoy those conversations in the kitchen, while cooking a new recipe, as we have really felt the warmth of cultures through people and their food. We’re always up for an adventure, whether it’s hiking through beautiful landscapes or exploring around cities, and we have had some of those great moments with awesome couchsurfers that have made our trips unique and are happy to now call: friends.

We love creating things with our hands and connect with others through the true meaning of their culture handcrafts

We can’t wait to share experiences and make new friends along the way!
