ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Lydia Manuella, I am from Mexico City but currently living in New Orleans, Louisiana.

I have been living in New Orleans for almost 3 years now,and I absolutely love it! I moved up here to attend college and now I think I'll never leave.

I am a full time student and have a part time job so I'm pretty busy, but I will always find time to hang out and have fun with any guests I may have because I love to travel and I'm always very interested in learning things from people all around the world!

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy when traveling is don't stress, go with the flow and embrace the unexpected because those are going to be the best experiences!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Im interested in hosting travelers because I've done it before in the past and I enjoyed it greatly

Hopefully I'll have some time to experience new places soon, and maybe get the local view of things.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted friends from Slovenia back when I lived in Mexico City, and since I moved to New Orleans people that I know, or friends from a friend are always visiting and I enjoy having them stay over. I have also couchsurfed around Europe and I think it's an amazing experience.

兴趣

I love traveling and talking to foreign people! I like going out to eat and drink. Walking, learning, working hard and experiencing life.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I went to Ireland for a few weeks where my roommate was from Slovenia, we got along perfectly fine but I never thought our friendship would turn out the way it is now. We kept in touch and made an amazing bond. I've met some of the greatest people on earth thanks to this experience and I learned that great things without you even noticing.

The opportunity to be so close to elephants and to be able to help them in Thailand was pretty amazing for me.
