🌍 Giulia and Manuele - Tireless travelers in search of authentic connections!

Hello everyone!!! We are Giulia and Manuele, an italian couple with a passion for travel, cultures and people. Our goal is to explore the world not just as tourists, but as true citizens of the world, immersing ourselves in local traditions and discovering each place through the eyes of those who live it every day.
We are backpacking through Asia and Australia and we are fascinated by the idea of traveling authentically, sleeping in homes that tell stories, sharing experiences with those who are willing to open the doors of their world and exchange tales over a home-cooked dinner or a walk around town.

We have traveled through Southeast Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam), India, Egypt, Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe on the African continent, East and West coast of the U.S., and each experience has taught us something new, enriching our outlook on life. We enjoy chatting about any topic and are always ready to listen to stories and tips about hidden places to visit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During our trip to Egypt, we spent two days in the Sahara desert sleeping in tents under a sandstorm :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can cook typical Italian dishes for our hosts and also learn local dishes!!
We can also offer good company and lots of chat :)
