Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm subscribed to Couchsurfing since 2012 but I didn't have the opportunity to really use it until 2018.
I ve never used it but I ve traveled alone many times (and I'm addicted to it), and now that I have some experience I would like to learn how to exploit the possibilities that this community has to offer:)

I've made the Camino of Santiago; I' ve lived in Chad for 3 years

The 2 most important and useful things I've learn are:
"Will" is a muscle, that must be trained like any other muscle.
Emotions are like a river constantly flowing into your body. Most of the problems we can have in life are caused by us refusing to connect to this river, which mostly means ignoring or avoiding bad emotions and harsh truths.
