Overview
About Me
I'm a curious and loving individual in search of adventure and deeper truths embedded within the great mystery.
I work as a massage therapist, focusing on restoring the body to its optimal state through various forms of treatments.
I also work very closely with indigenous traditions, primarily Lakota sweat lodges and ayahuasca ceremonies. These teachings are central to my being, along with prayer, respecting the Earth and each other, and honoring the divinity within all things.

Teach, Learn, Share
Absolutely love teaching and learning about nature and the human body - herbal and alternative medicine, foraging, permaculture, composting, exercise, health, detox and cleanses, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a very useful person to have around
I can cook very well, mostly vegan/vegetarian meals (but not opposed to cooking or eating meat.)
I can also help with many ailments such as muscular pains and headaches, as well as digestive/dietary issues.
Also great with plants and animals and all things outdoor/nature related.
