Overview
About Me
Colombian Born Architect, I immigrated from Bogota to Baltimore, Maryland seeking new horizons in 1999. I have worked in few Architectural firms as well as filmmaker. My filmmaking passions started to be more prominent in 2003 when I participated in a documentary class at the “Creative Alliance” a non-profit organization that helps different kinds of artists. I have also participated in several alternative projects, twice in the "48 hour project," in 2011 I finished a full length documentary “On One Field” A film where immigrants thru the love of soccer found common ground and a universal language.
After few years, now my biggest passion is photography and now I work in an Engineering firm working in projects for the government.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to have new experiences with people all over the world.
Interests
I love the simplicity that life can bring me. For me simplicity is biking, to play soccer and tennis, I do that at least twice a week; playing my guitar, I can spend hours just doing that. If you have never been to The Brewers Art in Baltimore, you missing one of the wonders, this city has to offer. Anywhere I go, I always listen to NPR in my car. especially Radio Lab, Market Place and This American Life. I love to travel as much as possible, I do that at least twice a year.
I'm an Architect with a passion for Film making and Photography. I love to see a good movie and if is a foreign movie even better. I am a serious person, but at the same time I know how to have fun.
