ABOUT ME

Raised in Texas, educated in the east, sojourned to the west, and returned to Texas. I love hosting and hospitality. Plants, the outdoors, and natural systems fascinate me. I travel light but well-equipped. I am a pragmatist and level-headed, but enjoy a good laugh.

PHILOSOPHY

I am thrilled with this (temporary) state of living and attempt to improve it for myself and others whenever possible. I only get to live once and I only have to die once.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first heard of CouchSurfing from a CSer in Greece. We were sitting on a beach and he explained the system to me, and I knew it had great potential.
