About Me
Im travelling right now, I wont be at home until the 20 June!
ABOUT ME
Simple, easy-going and smily!
Where there is a will there is always a way!
My name is Macarena, I'am originally from Rosario, Argentina. I lived here my entire life till I decided to see what was outside. Big mistake! One way decision!! Travelling is more than the places you visit: it's the people, the culture and the experiences. And it absolutely changes your mind, your view and your life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always had incredible experiences with couchsurfing. Is an excellent way to get to know other cities, and people from around the world, letting you know there are thousands of ways of living and seeing things.
Interests
My main interest in life is to live, live life as I feel in the moment and never regret it! And travelling is one of those things that keeps me fully alive! I love preparing the backpack to travel for three or four months every year.
I enjoy a lot long conversations with people about the places they know, the amazing experiences they had, the people they met and fantasize about future destinations. On the other hand, I am very curious and I truly enjoy listening people talking about their hometowns, having long conversations about topical issues, politics or... self-philosophy, why not?
Music, Movies, and Books
I take with me some music from every place I go, that keeps my music player alive!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At 18 years old I did an exchange in France, I lived with a host family and attended high school. This beautiful experience started me on this quest. Months later, grab a backpack and traveled around Latin America for six months!
I've been working as a photographer in Brazil for some months, too. I had the most amazing job, doing something I love from the bottom of my heart. Photography is my most artistic side!
Crazy staff? Well, lets talk about during dinner!
What I Can Share with Hosts
A place to sleep if the house is not full, there are always visits from colleagues or youth exchange (I work in an organization of exchange students). And if not, a tour of the city!
