Hello!!! I am Mar from Tenerife, Canary Island.

I just crossed the Atlantic by sailboat and im looking to stay for a while in Mexico sharing my somathic therapy sessions, dancing, doing freediving( pls if you do contact mee) and learning more on your amazing culture!

I am into social impact and ways to help one another. Currently raising awareness on teenage mothers in the slums of Kenya if tou want to know more let me know🙌

I have travelled around living in communities and ashrams, doing regenerative agriculture projects and using dance as self expression tool. I am really interested about spirituality and emotional processes.
