My name is Mara. I am 18 years old and I am traveling through South America for around about a year, because I needed a break after finishing highscool in 2018 and wanted to get to know new countries, people and cultures, as well as polishing up my spanish.
I am an open, positive and curious person. And I am excited for this journey!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is ideal for traveling, because I get to know new people, countries and traditions instandly. And comunicating is key.

Interests

I love all different kind of sports, but mostly I love dancing and climbing, as well as hiking. In Germany I was in a circus, which I also enjoied.
Also I am interested in politics, locally and globally.
I love to learn many langueges, like spanish at the moment.
Other than that I am always curious to try new things!

I flew from my hometown Berlin over the Atlantic Ocean to Santiago de Chile!!!
