I am a great lover of everything new and exciting! But really appreciate the quiet and relaxed side of life too. I'm an easy going person possibly because I have been around so much and being picky won't get you very far.
I'm an artist and like to surround myself with creativity because I love to be challenged and to grow. I will say this now, get it out of the way, I am not a good cook!! I love good vegetarian/vegan food though and really appreciate being cooked for..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was hanging out with a great friend in Auckland, having some fries over a philosophical conversation and we noticed a backpacker looking a little lost. We drove up to him and offered him a ride into town. He had planned to spend the day looking for a hostel but he was so much fun we took him home to my place to drop his bags and went to the beach instead! He crashed on my couch that night, made me breakfast in the morning and we were inseparable for the next 5 weeks. You never know what you're going to find...

Interests

art, photography, rock climbing, growing seeds and working in the garden, tea in a massive cup filled to the rim, surfing, tram drivers ringing the tram bell to greet each other when crossing paths, catching my balance instead of falling flat from slipping on ice, yoga philosophy, having lots of urban art books on the shelves, being surprised at people's kindness... the list goes on.. Exploring the world, philosophy, most music and so much more
