About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the world, get out of my confort zone, live my life!

ABOUT ME

My name is Marc-Antoine, I'm french canadian. I live in montreal for the moment but I wouldn't say that I'm from montreal, I moved alot of times and travel alot as well so I don't really feel any attachment to any specific city.

I'm a very optemisitic person. Not very the materialist type and I'm always ready to help somebody in need of it.

In general I like to move alot even tho I'm a really relaxe person. I love to keep myself busy, walking around, doing sports, arts and also like being surrounded by people.

Eventually I plan on going to school to learn more about horticulture and develop some ways of combining the nature and the city so that everyone has access to their own veggies/ garden and become a little more self sufficient... using recyclened énergies. My goal is to incorporate a new technology into urban houses and apartments to make it easier for everyone to live a greener life but for now it is just an idea!

My dream is to eventually live sustainably. Have my own little eco friendly house.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is that you should live the way to want people to become first. Not by imposing an idea but by showing the exemple.

The only thing that matters in life is to live every moment fully and live in the present moment instead of being miserable making money to be able to enjoy life later.

I believe that every living thing should have equal rights and be threated with the same respect.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing for me is one of the best invention of our century. It's all about sharing, learning from others. Per exemple I stayed with alot of people that couldn't travel but decided to participate by offering a couch or a bed to travels to learn about cultures and diffirent countries without having to buy a plane ticket and travel across the world.

So far I've only had good expériences. Very different one from another, sometimes go out just for a coffee or in a bar with other couchsurfers but in general it really allows people to open their minds a little more.
