About Me
Be the change you want to see in the world
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m the kind of guest who travels with curiosity, training in serendipity, and finding hidden doors to escape norms. My background blends social entrepreneurship, teaching at European universities, and designing playful-yet-deep experiences for people and teams in transition. I co-create learning spaces around conscious leadership, well-being economics, and what it means to build a regenerative future – starting with how we show up in everyday life. My friends say I’m grounded, thoughtful, and occasionally poetic – but I also laugh loudly, love good food, and enjoy losing track of time in heartfelt conversations. I’m always curious to learn what truly matters to you.
I still miss my dog, Gabe. And every time I see a basketball, I briefly dream of my legendary dunk during a moment of pure delirium. That’s life: part memory, part magic.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books that linger, like Le Petit Prince, Narziss und Goldmund, and The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying.
Films that wake me up or melt my heart: Dead Poets Society, Home (Yann Arthus-Bertrand), Inception, The Matrix, The Fabulous World of Amélie.
And music? Think U2 in the rain, Einaudi by candlelight, Xavier Rudd on a road trip, Die Fantastischen Vier when I need a smile, and Jon Batiste when I remember to dance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Burned out. Reset. Chose differently. Restarted.
I went through the fire — burned out from the inside.
But like a field after the burn, I cleared space. Reset.
Not to go back, but to choose differently.
With more care. More courage. More quiet joy.
Then — I restarted.
Not on the old road, but on one where I can breathe again - unfold my true being.
Where I carry less, but feel more.
Teach, Learn, Share
Isn't it that wisdom flows both ways — from stories shared over tea to silent moments of presence. I can offer insights on regenerative living, values-based leadership, and mindful transformation. I’m always eager to learn what makes people come alive — whether it’s your grandma’s secret recipe, a song that moves you, or a truth you’ve only recently discovered. What I bring is curiosity, humor, and deep listening.
What I seek is connection that lingers - relaxed & joyful.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A thoughtful presence, a helping hand, and a good sense of space — I’m better at supporting in the kitchen than leading it, but I’ll gladly chop, stir, or set the mood. I love bringing meditation to life in ways that feel grounded and real. And if you’re up for it, we can explore how the world might shift — one meaningful conversation at a time. And if not, remember: I’m also excellent at doing the dishes.
