Hey there!

My name is Marcel and so far I've lived to reach 23 years of age.

So far I've used every opportunity given to me to leave home and explore a new place, learn about new cultures and (literally) expand my horizon.

After realising that earning a degree in tourism probably works as a brilliant leverage to explore even brighter destinations in less risky approach, I am now doing my 3 year apprenticeship at a big hostel chain in order to be more prepared for the next time I'm redefining the word 'home' for me.

Now that I've finally decided to settle down for a couple of years I'd love to present this opportunity to someone else. Young or old, experienced travellers or those who are making their first experience.
Anyone is welcome who decides to visit this golden city in the east.

I've had my first experiences with this website on my best friend and I's big bike trip through parts of the Netherlands, so I'd now love to be part of someone elses adventures, just in a much smaller picture than on my own trips.

Crossed paths with a wolf cub and hiked a mountain with its (any my best friends) company.
Only later realised how lucky we were that the mother wouldn't come searching for it :)

Don't overthink too much.
If you feel like it, try it out! Chances are you'll realise it's not as cool as you expected it to, but that's another lesson learned and one step further on your journey.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

My attic apartment which takes quite some stairs to reach but offers a great view on the (night)sky and always helps me to leave all the stress behind and focus on the good life.
