ABOUT ME

I'm a 25-years-old Brazilian journalist living in Porto Alegre, the southernmost capital in Brazil . I'm really interested in foreign languages and cultures - I think that if we learn a lot of languages, we may improve our way of embracing the differences.

I work as a multimedia reporter for Zero Hora newspaper, the largest Southern Brazil daily newspaper, covering science, health, education and environmet. I have also lived in Sao Paulo for 1.5 years, working for O Estado de S. Paulo, one of the largest and oldest publications in Brazil.

During my Journalism degree, I've lived in Grenoble, France, for one year as a part of an exchange program in which I've studied French, English, Italian, and Communication.

People describe me as introverted, symphatetic, curious and good listener. I love hearing personal stories and tend to ask a lot of questions in a row - for me, everybody has a good story to tell. I like to learn at least a new good thing each day. Something in a book, a film, a music or in a good conversation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For Couchsurfing, it depends on you! If you have the time to be with me and talk about your culture, your country and your city, we may spend a lot of time walking around. But if you're busy and you don't have that time, I can also be a really easy-going couchsurfer :)

I'll travel to Spain and France with my boyfriend in November, so we're searching nice people to host us. Our idea is to know a lot of people for having a great time in Europe!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All the experiences I've had with couchsurfing touched me in a way that I always think that maybe 5 years from now I may be writing an article about something I have already discussed, and thanks to a host or a surfer I'll write differently, in a better and crazy way.
