Born and raised in Mauá, São Paulo, I'm 25 years old. Guess I've got that old traveling bone, because every opportunity I had to go out traveling I did the way I could. In these travels I was welcomed into the home of generous couchsurfing hosts several times, and now I intend to give back to others the same generosity that once was given to me.
Not too long ago, I left everything I had to pursue a Dream here in Ubatuba. I left my former job, house, and city and started a new adventure opening a business alongside my wife. Together we opened a Hostel in town and now we work with what we love: getting to know and host people from all around the world. For most of my adult life until recently, I lived a life that didn't fulfill me. I never liked my job, and as a result, I wasn't enjoying life as one should. Now I'm lucky to say that I'm living my dream and if you're a passionate traveler like me you know that Happiness is only real when shared. That's why I decided to open my doors to receive travelers from all around the world in my home, so we can share our happiness.
I see life as an evolution opportunity. I use this opportunity to search for God, love, and peace of mind. What about you?
I love art and sports of every kind. I believe in equality between all mankind, and I despise all kinds of discrimination and prejudice. Every day I engage in an internal battle to evolve as a human being, to set myself free from the tendencies of judgment of any kind.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to expand my horizons, make new friends, learn new languages, cultures, and traditions. I also want to make friends around the world and learn other ways of seeing life. But the main reason why I'm in couchsurfing is because I want to enjoy the best of life around good people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like pretty much every music that brings up reflection and good feelings. My favorite genres are MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), Rock 'n Roll, and Reggae Music. I would enjoy a lot to learn new songs, so please share with me your favorite songs, If I like them, I'll listen to them forever, I'm sure.
I appreciate every kind of movie, but Drama and science fiction are my favorite genres. My top 3 favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Avatar, and Into the Wild. (It was very hard to choose these, and if all Rocky movies could count as one, they would certainly be in this top 3 list)
I enjoy books about history, philosophy, and spirituality. Currently, I'm reading Sapiens - A Brief History of Humanity by Yuval Harari.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got lost in the wild for a day while hiking in the São Thomé das Letras mountains. I had to spend the night on the mountains. It was a rainy dark night and I wasn't sure if I would be able to find a way back from where I came. Also, I was short of water, food, and mobile signal. The next day at the first sight of sunlight I started looking for fresh water and a way back to civilization. Luckily I found a village and could return safely to home. That night was the scariest night of my life, but it turned out to be a very spiritual experience too. I was able to drive away negative thoughts and ease my mind through prayer and that was remarkable.
Teach, Learn, Share
If we hang around together, I'd gladly teach you about my country and my culture, if it interests you;
We could share each other's favorite songs, cultural histories, culinary recipes, and so on;
I could try to teach you the languages I know, and maybe you could help me to practice English or Spanish. If you are Italian or an Italian speaker, you could teach me the language. Learning Italian is my current goal;
Also, I'd like to learn how to play some percussion instruments. If you think you can help me with that I would be very glad and thankful for it;
I could teach you some photography techniques (but only if you know none, because I'm no expert);
I would enjoy learning how to dance, doing some crafts, maybe practicing some new sport and lots of other things that we could discover together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Not too much to offer besides good company and a friendly, respectful, and polite attitude. I won't get inside your home to disrespect any rules or to be a burden. My only goal is to build a strong friendship and enjoy a good travel experience.
