My name is Marcello, I'm italian, 29 years old.
I grew up in Naples, Italy, where I studied History. At the moment I live in Berlin, Germany, where I'm studing latin and spanish to be a teacher in high schools.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to share long walks with nice and interesting people who is born or is living in the city I'm visiting.

Interests

Of course I love history (it doesn't matter wich epoque)! I also love history of art (I'm really interested in baroque art, particularly in the sacred catholic architecture) and to learn new languages (besides the ones I'm already studing). I also like to read a lot about Naples, the city where I'm born in.
Since a couple of years I'm learning to play the mandolin. I also like to cook and I think I do it quite good.

I like to listen flamenco (particularly flamenco jondo), classical neapolitan repertoire, fado, Vivaldi, Pergolesi, swing, jazz, gregorian chants, colinde, tango.
I enjoy Woody Allen's movies, Bergman, Totò, Almodóvar and noir movies.
I rather read essays.
