CURRENT MISSION

To travel around the world seeing as many family and friends and countries as possible (and to make new friends and extended family). It´s our final hurrah before serious life starts (jobs, mortgage and babies).

ABOUT ME

Marcelo - he was a Savoury chef but Heather turned him sweet and now he is a dessert chef. He is reserved in nature but if the topic sparks his interest he is keen to enter into the debate.

Heather - graduated in law just as the financial crisis hit and was left competing in a hard market. However she is a fighter and loves to work hard and organise the details in life. Takes interest in most subjects.

We are both prefer to go to a good restaurant or watch a movie over going to a bar or nightclub. We love to explore and try new things!

PHILOSOPHY

We work to live not live to work. We are hoping to combine the two in future. Life should be about gathering experiences to remember. No regrets.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far we are surfing couches and meeting all kinds of wonderful hosts. We for sure will become hosts when we get back on solid ground and actually have a couch we can call our own.
What we love about couch surfing is firstly, the shared experiences about travelling and life. Secondly, insider information into the city we are visiting. And thirdly, just meeting all kinds of people, with different ideas, beliefs and ways of life and seeing that everyone of those people is wonderful.

兴趣

We are interested in adventure and life experience. We enjoy dinning out or in but dinning well (not expensive but tasty). We both love going to see movies or rent movies. We are both learning new languages and want to learn more. We both love theme parks. Marcelo loves the beach.
